Relevant Experience / Teaching Style: I have 4 years experiences as a tutor (Chemistry and Chinese). My teaching style is to make my class as interactive as possible. I found that those students who like to ask and answer questions can obtain greater achievement in their studies. I can easily spot the difficulties and weakness faced by my students from their question as well. Besides, I always give homeworks to my students as I believe 'Practice make Perfect'. If only lessons are given without homeworks, students could not apply what they have learned. And only from their mistakes found in their homeworks, I can further correct them.
