As one of the leading tuition agencies in Singapore, we provide clear guidelines about our service policies below: Service Guarantee: If you are not happy with the newly engaged tutor, please let us know within 2 lessons after the commencement of 1st lesson. We will replace another tutor for you without charging any agency fee for the 1st tutor. However, you may need to pay for the 2 lessons to the 1st tutor. Pls note that it is not possible for us to guarantee the quality of tuors or whether they can commit to tutoring the student for a long time. Payment of Tuition Agency Fee: Gradtutors.com will collect a one time agency fee from the student after the 2nd lesson has commenced. This amount will be 50% of tutors' agreed salary (for 1 salary period) with the student. This fee is merely a deduction from the tutor's salary, there is no additional charges collected from the student side. Example: 1 salary period consist of (4 lessons x 2 hours/lesson), with tuition fee = $20/hr Tuition agency fee = 50% x (8 hours x $20) = $80 Payment Mode: 1) Cheque by Mail - Please post your cheque with remittance advice attached Payee Name: EDLink Services Pte Ltd, Mailing Address: No 14 Robinson Rd, Far East Finance Building #13-00, S(048545) 2) Internet Banking - Please email us the date paid, scanned copy and transaction reference number so that we can identify you as the payer DBS Current A/c No: 012-900905-9, Branch code: 012 (Harbourfront branch) Additional Notes: 1) The tutor is required to call you to confirm the details of the assignment before the start of the lesson. Should you fail to hear from the tutor, please let us know. Disclaimer: Due to a large number of tutors who registered with us, we are unable to guarantee that every tutor profile on our website is accurate . However, we would inform every tutor to bring along their NRIC and original educational certificates for the requestor to verify on the first lesson, so that the requestor is assured that the tutor has the qualifications that he/she claims. |
