Termination Agreement between Tutors and Students

There are queries from parents asking if we will provide termination agreement when either the student or tutor intend to terminate the tuition.

We do not provide this service. Reason being that we will not know what will be going on between the student and tutor after the assignment has begun for a few weeks. Normally, parents can suggest some simple arrangement with the tutor. And we do not think it will be a complicated situation.

Also, we are not in a position to resolve conflicts or disagreement that may arise. This is out of our job scope and we are not in your situation. However, parents can seek our assistance in the initial 2 weeks after the 1st lesson has started, because it is our responsibility to see that the 1st few lessons can start smoothly. But after that, we are in no position to deal with matters between the student and tutor.

We hope this can help to clarify some of your doubts.

Feedback for your home tutor

We do need more feedbacks from parents regarding tutors that they have engaged. These help us to keep track of tutors who can provide great services. There are kids who have done well, but we need to know more success stories.

If you happen to find tutors with “Verified Status”, it means they have successfully been employed. Actually there are many more that we need to verify, but too many it takes time to sort it out.

You can drop your comments at Feedback and complaint page. Well, you probably think that we dun keep track, but we do. There is little feedback from clients still, you can start the ball rolling.
