Terms of Service and Payment of Agency Fee
Gradtutors.com will collect an agency fee from the student after the 2nd lesson has commenced. This amount will be 50% of tutors' agreed salary (for 1 salary period) with the student.
Example:
1 salary period consist of (4 lessons x 2 hours/lesson), with tuition fee = $20/hr
Tuition agency fee = 50% x (8 hours x $20) = $80
Service Guarantee
If you are not happy with the newly engaged tutor, please let us know within 2 lessons after the commencement of 1st lesson. We will replace another tutor for you without charging any agency fee for the 1st tutor. However, you may need to pay for the 2 lessons to the 1st tutor. Pls note that it is not possible for us to guarantee the quality of tuors or whether they can commit to your child for a long time.

*Real time credit card processing via secure payment gateway. Paypal is a reliable 3rd party payment processing company owned by eBay
